Tokyo Games Show 2008, the place where dreams are made. That will certainly be an accolade that many Japanese exhibitors and attendees (217,000 of them potentially) of this years show will be hoping for, as the famous doors to the Tokyo based electronic games show finally reveals all as the gaming press ignites into a flaming ball of information overload as countless titles, demos, videos and trailers are unleashed onto the world.
Fear not however, as PSB is on hand to make sure that we have the whole thing covered this year, so our dear readers wont miss a single minute of what could potentially be a record breaking event. Running over the 9th and 12th of October, the four day spectacular will showcase some of the games that you will be playing come this christmas, as well as future titles so far kept in the dark for 2009 onwards.
Only recently, Sony confirmed that they themselves have got over 12 secret indevelopment titles exclusive to the Sony platforms, catering for both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable. Both machines could really do with a major software boost as we move into the final quarter of the financial year, and with the amazingly structured PSN to support both units, who knows what Sony is really hiding up its glittery sleeves.
Of all the rumours and gossip murmurings ringing around the Internet lately, its only natural that many gamers want a decisive list of the confirmed, and un-confirmed games apprearing at the show for the Sony formats, and PSB has very kindly offered that service to you in time for the event next week.

Guitar Hero World Tour / Activision / Will be on show in both playable and video form for the PlayStation 3.
FIFA 09 World Class Soccer / EA /
Street Fighter IV / Capcom / Video form confirmed, potentially a playable demo of a select few fighting scenes.
Resident Evil 5 / Capcom / Video form confirmed, potentially another playable scenario with Chris Redfield taking to the stage once more in this Zombie infested masterclass.

Sega to reveal a sequel to one of its many back catalogue classics
Square Enix to also outline further plans to distribute Advent Children Blu-Ray into western territories, plus new bonuses and more information on FFXIII demo.

Sony will unleash 9 brand new games for the PlayStation 3 at the show, with ICO 3 as one of the main games revealed.
Namco Bandia will show off its seasonal Tekken debut, namely Tekken 6 to a gaming crowd hungry for some serious brawl action. Street Fighter IV will be going head to head with this title in 2009.

Sony will also be showcasing its new units, namely the 120GB PlayStation 3 and the PSP 3000 which was revealed a few weeks ago, with its brighter screen and microphone.
