For once I agree with her. Take the stupid swearing filter out. Sometimes I just come here to vent and seeing my swears replaced with asteriks just makes me even more angry.

I think the main reason that it was put in was so people could access the site from work and school. And at some schools and works you can't access site's without swear-filters.

It is there because there are still quite a few underage people about regardless of them knowing what a swear word is. Its is a site/forum for all ages, if an admin wants to remove then so be it but I don't really care. If you have an issue, learn to be angry without cursing.

Also if a University has a block on sites with swearing and I am guessing on student resident halls, then they have issues since mine allows basically anything.

Why do you guys care? lol Everyone knows what the word is regardless if one letter is blanked out. Point still goes across and everyone knows you're not a weenie because the site automatically does it.
