Pretty cool huh? just have to wait for that clock to stop ticking

I hear they're not making many changes to the game at all except for some debugging, if that is the case then I doubt I will buy it

Yeah, as much as I LOVE Chrono Trigger, it ain't going to make me buy it, esp. if they aren't doing anything special.

P.S. When the **** will there be a new Chrono God damn it!

There were always rumors about a new Chrono game and even a chrono trigger novel, but none came true. And yea, like everyone else said: I really loved the snes chrono trigger but if the ds version won't have anything new, why buy it? Maybe if they make it completely 3d like the new FFIV, then that might be different.

Since #2 bombed... I thought they said they would never make another Chrono game... and if there isn't anything new.. I'm not bothering either... Seeing as I already have it for the PSone.

Cross didn't bomb, it sold over a 1.5 million copies worldwide, and it garnered critical and fan acclaim.

Besides, they were going to make a third, and for unknown reasons, it has been on hiatus or has been dropped completely, the bastards. They are too damn focused on Final Fantasy to do anything, which pisses alot of people off.

But the first was much better story wise. The only thing that did piss me off on CC was that how they portrayed the characters from CT... little kids.... They were adults><

I never got a proper chance to play through Chrono Trigger until the DS version,so I'm infinitely grateful that they re-released it, because otherwise I would have really missed out. I enjoyed pretty much every moment of the game. The changes from the original version (which I have played only for a few hours max) are small but definitely make the game more enjoyable, especially the battles being played out on both screens. AND everything looks a hell of a lot sharper due to the picture being shrunk down to fit on the tiny handheld screen. All in all it's an enjoyable game
