Computer disasters anyone? - Page 2

Don't really know what happened, but about 2 weeks ago my laptop literally just stopped. I tried to turn it back on, but it would power on and then just beep like that sound you get as a busy signal on the phone. Took it to the repair shop, and I guess one of the port on the motherboard went bad, basically killing the laptop, or macbook i guess. Luckily the thing was still covered by Applecare(hooray for 3 year extended warranty!) and so they just replaced the motherboard and I didn't get changed a single cent!
