I've searched high and low, thru these halls as well as
anywhere google, bing, ask, digg, yahoo, and anyone else patient (or bored!) enough to lead me, and still no concrete answere. I don't think it would be a good idea for me to root my phone, as it took me a few hours to learn what "root" was, the pros and cons, and read thru several how to's. I'm just not computer literate enough yet,(but am a very fast learner!) and because of that would not only run the risk of screwing it all up, but the advantages of rooting would be wasted on me as I wouldn't know what to do with it.(kind of like handing a carpenter a multimeter!) With that in mind; 1) Is there ANYthing I can do to increase my internal memory?(I already clear my caches every night, kill everything I'm not using, auto nothing...basically everything in the noob guide) 2) Will installing and using the "openhome" app and theme pks mean I won't be able to take advantage of utilizing many other apps and widgets? (I currently run 12 apps+bettercut and have currently 53MB available) 3) I understand bettercut doesn't work with openhome, but am I right to assume that I won't need bettercut once I've installed openhome? 4) Do most open home users (that are NOT rooted) have openhome installed always, then download a theme, use what they want, then uninstall the theme? Thanks in advance for any insight! |
