What do you look for in the opposite sex? trait wise?
I look at their eyes. I find eyes to be the most powerful aspect of a person(other than personality)

Got to go with smile and eyes. If you're a miserable looking guy with nice eyes its just not the same as a guy with nice eyes and a great smile.
