Amazon crashes: Shares plummet.

The site went down for an hour in several cities, and any calls to Amazon regarding the subject were not commented on or returned.
The crash had a knock on effect on not only Amazon's shares, but for it's main delivery company Akamai Technologies Inc's shares to drop aswell.
Amazon shares fell $3.63 (4.3 %) to $80.88 and Akamai shares were down $1.79 (4.6%) to $37.52.
