Assassin's Creed PS3 Crashing Caused By Firmware 2.0?

As mentioned previously, there's been quite a lot of problems regarding the PS3 version of Ubisoft's blockbuster: Assassin's Creed, ranging from small glitches to entire console malfunctions. Luckily, Steadfast Gamers have found a temporary solution - in the form of signing off the PSN and disabling the Information Board (it's that new ticker we received in the last update), which can be done by simply by pressing triangle and clicking the disable button. Hopefully it'll hold off the annoying bugs hampering the game until some proper help arrives.
