The Battlefield: Bad Company demo is said to be up on PSN and Xbox Live Marketplace 2 weeks from today. According to LazyGamer, whose supposedly been in contact with EA's South African branch, Battlefield: Bad Company has been pushed back June, citing the cause of the delay as time needed for extra polish and tweaking.
