BioShock 2 To Be Next Banned Game?

BioShock 2 could be the next game to be banned if Vincent Scheurer, founder of business consultancy Sarassin, is to be believed. Speaking about Manhunt 2, the level of realism and lack of a puzzle element or humour were noted as criteria for its original ban by the BBFC. “Call Of Duty and BioShock could be banned under that criteria… the next game to be banned could be BioShock 2, and then where would we be?” he said (and asked).

Let’s hope BioShock 2 isn’t banned – for now though, we have the original to look forward to.

Mortim: It's always struck me as odd that high levels of gore have got to be backed up by either a vexing puzzle or some cheap laughs. Surely that's worse?
