Bioshock confirmed for October release

Following the recent announcement that BioShock will be making its way to PlayStation 3, 2K Games has today released a few details about the upcoming X360 port, including the release date.

"Over the coming months we look forward to revealing the new features and content that will make this a must-have game for its new audience, as well as for those who enjoyed it on the other platforms... giving the title the opportunity to once again be named Game of the Year."

What these features are exactly, will surely keep gamers thinking. New plasmids? Perhaps. New enemies? Now that would be more like it...
