So far Play Station 3 owners have been recently celebrating the news that the critically acclaimed first person shooter, Bioshock would be coming onto the PS3. Further news several months back also confirmed that a sequel and a movie based on the game was in the works.
Well now Strauss Zelnick, head of Take-Two Interactive, has confirmed that there are plans for a Bioshock 3. No other news about the announcement has been made aside from the fact that they hope to release it to coincide with the film adaption to the game's release.
As for Bioshock 2 and the movie based on the game, Bioshock 2 will hopefully be released around the fourth quarter of 2009 and Gore Verbinski, director of the Pirates of the Caribbean has been signed on for the film.
