Downloadable GT 5 Prologue weighs in at 1.9 gigs

It has been recently announced that the upcoming download version of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, will be coming in at a size of only 1.9 gigs. While this is great for all those that are going to using this route to obtain the game, the question is why? The retail disc version will be on the standard Blu-ray disc, and word is that it is fully utilized, so how is the download version so small? According to Eurogamer, the download has been stripped of all it's cinematic cutscenes in order to reduce size, but these will also be available for download to all those that wish to obtain the full experience.

The full retail disc however will be blissfully complete and you need never download to get the full experience. If you ask us, just get the disc, it'll save you a freaking ton of time!
