Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon confirmed, coming 2011

The sequel to one of the finest co-games to have released for the Xbox 360 is now confirmed. Spotted over at Gamestop's conference, was a banner of the game which stated "Earth Defense Force 2017 : Returns 2011". Although, no further details are out and we were left in the dark, we hunted around which led us to the game's official website which also has the logo!

The game's website just displays the game's official logo right now along with a link to the ESRB. Judging by the banner displayed at Gamestop's conference, we can safely assume that the game will release sometime in 2011 and will be titled Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon
