FIFA 09 to allow 50,000 different combinations of tactics

The Lastest issue of UK Magazine PSM3 lead producer of FIFA 09 David Rutter states that there are around 50,000 different conbinations in which players can set there team up to do, there is also custom plans in which a player can assign 4 tactic's to the D-Pad which they can then use during a match, helping to promote the feel of 'Every match is different'. The AI has also been changed, and example of this if you are playing the computer and they go 1-0 down they will switch there tactics in order to try and get a goal back.

Fifa 09 will be released on the Playstation 3, PS2 and PSP later this year.

Resistance100: its all well and good saying that, but PES 08 was released on a unfinished engine, and while it didn't have as many features of Fifa, the core gameplay still was a notch ahead.

SamStrife: Trust me dude, FIFA really is better than PES this time around, and i'm a really big PES fan. FIFA 08 does new things and dosnt put a foot wrong, where as PES was a wreck. Wait till 09 comes out, give it a rent and see for yourself.

Resistance100: Still don't know if this is enough to convince me to buy a FIFA game, i will try out the demo when its released and see. The only thing its got at the moment is that Exeter City will be in it.
