Firmware 2.40 released on PS3

The anticipated firmware 2.40 for the PS3 has finally been released. It's no doubt the most-wanted firmware to date, with the promise of an in-game XMB, music and Sony's new trophy system.

Don't forget to update.

Check back for more information when 2.40 patches more games for the trophy system.
