GDC 2008 has now become one of the biggest videogaming events on the calendar, and with this, Sony must take the opportunity to bullishly reserve the limelight for any shock announcements that may be imminently planned; to squash, to conquer, to defeat...

The biggest gaming event in San Francisco, the gaming public and press journalists from all over the globe have started to descend on the SA convention centre, where Sony are planning to make a very striking impact on this years attendees with some of their famous franchise faces, secret announcements and imminent press releases. As with all events, developers and publishers will take this opportunity to size each other up for the coming year in this, the seventh generation of home entertainment. What with the mighty success of Blu-Ray, Sony has already proven to its rivals that its here to stay..so get comfortable

Sony must do everything in its power to create the right impact, through the biotic and systematic key address information that the crowds certainly want to see unveiled this year from the keynote speakers. On thursday 21st February 2008, Sony will take to the stand in what could be the first stages of their 2008 campaign, to rightly reclaim the crown that was once so proudly ensued to the mighty PlayStation 2.
