GDC: Resistance 2 - This year?

In the video you can see on the screen of one of workers, who then attempts to covers it up, that Resistance 2 will come with 12 new Chimeran Enemies and towards the end a code appears on the screen 0708.
Could this mean the release date could be the 7th month 2008?
