Konami bringing back PS2 classics

Konami have announced that they are once again releasing a set of classic PlayStation 2 titles to be available in stores. A spokesperson told Eurogamer that they are "proper reissues." "Konami has put them out at budget price because of demand. They are re-manufactured. They are ours." You'll now once again be able to get your hands on Suikoden Tactics, Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (no Subsistence, unfortunately). Following that, if you're still waiting for the right bargain to launch yourself into the Silent Hill series, editions 2, 3 and 4 will soon be available too. The PlayStation 2 is well known for having a solid game library, and grabbing some or all of these titles won't disappoint, even today! If you missed these games the first time around - for those of you that won't touch second-hand with a barge pole - this is a great chance to get your hands on brand new copies for a fair price ranging between £10 and £20, Konami says.
