LittleBigPlanet a Blu-Ray exclusive

Eurogamer had the chance to speak to Nick Robinson, a marketing manager at SCEE, who had this to say about Media Molecule's highly anticipated game:

"This isn't a Warhawk or a Tekken: Dark Resurrection, this is a triple-A Blu-ray title [and] potentially our biggest Blu-ray release of 2008".

Looks like Sony are backing LBP to be a huge winner, and rightly so. Having it released on Blu-Ray will surely benefit the gamer, as download file sizes could mean limitations on the game's content. Let the power of tangible storage media rain upon us!
