MGS4 awarded top marks - sold out?

With just over two weeks to go until gamers finally get the chance to pick up a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns Of The Patriots, it seems the game has been awarded several high quality marks in its first batch of reviews, and awarded several accolades and Editors Choice awards for its lasting impact on the whole videogame community.

Its good then.

Not only has the game been setting records and benchmarks, like so many titles so far this year, with the likes of-

* PlayStation Official Magazine (UK): 10/10
* PlayStation Official Magazine (US): 10/10
* PlayStation Official Magazine (Italy): 10/10
* PlayStation Official Magazine (Dutch): 9.6/10
* Level (Sweden): 10/10
* Joypad (France): 19/20
* Jeuxvideo Magazine (France): 18/20

-awarding the title near-off perfect scores, it seems that in the UK, the title is already selling out of all its allocated stock in most electronic retailers and online superstores. Play.com has removed all aspects of its exclusive highly limited edition set, and there seems to be no mention of GAMES special edition on either its site or in-store.

With the game set for a June 12th release, its only a matter of time before Snake sneaks into all of our lives once more.
