MGS4 release date?

Every year, a "Destination Playstation" conference is held, which is exclusive to retailers. Within this event, they get to discuss all things Sony gaming-related, such as marketing plans and release dates.

A leak from the most recent event has emerged, and it's that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be bundled with an 80GB PS3 and a Dual Shock 3 controller on June 12th 2008. Bet you didn't see that one coming, did you?

This is really fantastic news, as MGS4 has been one of the most long-awaited games for the console thus far. If we manage to find out whether this leak is reliable or not, we'll let you know.

Not Ashley: If this turns out to be true, and it sounds it given that MGS 4 is nearing development completion, then there's no better time to buy a PS3. I'm sure this bundle will sell by the bucket load.
