New Tomb Raider Underworld screens

Three brand new screenshots of the next Tomb Raider title for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC have hit the net, and my word there looking rather special.

In what seems to be an ancient ruins site, aka Uncharted, the game is set to take Lara to the furthest reaches of the globe, between the realms of mortal and underworld, to uncover the mysteries of her mothers disappearance.
The effects of pouring rain and distant foliage, as well as the intricate detail on the walls of the buildings sum up a rather dynamic shift in the overall image and tone of the next Lara adventure. Next generation has never looked so dark and foreboding. Bring it on!
