PSP Firmware 3.96 out now

PSP Firmware 3.96 is now avaible for those who purchase Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 on UMD, and is expected to be ready for download in the near future. The Contents of the 3.96 update are unknown, however seeing as this is a tiny jump from the last firmware update (3.95), its safe to hazard a guess and say this firmware offers no new features and is probally just to fix any bug's some users may have been experiencing.
