Rock Band to slip to September?

PS3 owners may have to wait for as many as four months later than X360 gamers before they get Rock Band. The European X360 edition of Rock Band is all set to launch this May, but recent reports from EA and MTV seem to suggest that the PS3, PS2 and Wii versions will only ship in September. If this indeed turns out to be true, then UK PlayStation owners will have been forced to wait a whole ten months later than North American gamers. And with the title being region free, perhaps there's no better time to consider importing the title if you're desperate to get nailing solos. After all, the deal overseas comes to $159, converting to exactly £80. Take into account the postage costs, and we're soon looking at a bill of roughly £130, which will probably be a likely RRP for the title in the region when it finally decides to hit stores.
