Saints Row 2 release date confirmed

Saints Row 2, the sequel to (would you believe it?) Saints Row has an official European release date of August 29, following last week’s announcement that US gamers will be getting the title on August 26.

Oddly Saints Row 2 is £49.99 on the PS3 compared to the X360 and PC’s prices of £44.99 and £34.99 respectively. We can’t see why this is, since there hasn’t been talks of exclusive content on the PS3 version… in fact, those without an X360 won’t have experienced the original, meaning PS3 owners get the blunt end of the stick.
