Sony to confirm new European bundles

Although Sony still refuses to place a definitive release date on Gran Turismo Prologue in Europe, two very special PAL bundles have been unveiled as part of the launch campaign, for March 28 2008...

The first bundle, entitled Movie Pack, throws the films Spider-Man 3, Casino Royale and 300 on Blu-ray in with the 40GB PS3, set for a March 19 release. The other bundle contains a copy of Gran Turismo 5 Prologue with a 40GB console, down for a release on the 29th March 2008.

The report also suggests that each bundle will cost 399€, which equates to about £470. We have contacted Sony to see if a release date of March 28, or even the slightly earlier slot of March 19 is legitimate... stay tuned for more.
