Spike Video Game Awards to Debut God of War III Trailer

According to their website, Spike TV is hyping up their soon to be aired gaming awards show by teasing us with the promise of new game trailers. Apparently during the show on December 14th, Spike will have the world premier trailers for Fight Night Round 4, Uncharted 2 (it appears that this will be an extended trailer of what already premiered on gametrailers.com), Brutal Legend, Mafia II, Watchmen (a prequel to the graphic novel), Terminator Salvation, and a game called God of War III. Little is known just how long the trailers will be or if they will consist of gameplay footage, but hopefully we’ll soon see what Dave Jaffe has been swearing about when he claimed God of War III sets the next generation bar for graphics. For those who don’t care to watch sweaty nerds give awkward speeches about their supportive significant others while Jack Black prances around stage singing made up words like fliga-goo-goo-goo, the trailers will be available on Spike TV’s website and probably fifty thousand Youtube accounts following the show.
