TGS 08: Tekken delayed to 2009, hitting the PS3 and 360

About a month ago, around the announcement of the Tekken 6 arcade upgrade, Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, PlayStation Beyond speculated that this would lead to a set back of the PS3 version of the game into 2009, in order to include the updated content. Well, courtesy a Tokyo Game Show interview with the Tekken 6 lead producer, PSB can now confirm that is the case. Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion for the PS3 has been pushed back to 2009. The PS3 version of Bloodline Rebellion will include even more goodies than it's arcade counterpart, such as customizable costume parts, characters, and stages. On top of that, Namco Bandai officially announced that, for the first time since the inception of the series 10 years ago, Tekken 6 will become a multiplatform title on the XBox 360 as well. So there you have it - Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, officially coming to the PS3 and XBox 360 in fall 2009.
