THQ reveals key titles for fiscal 09 line-up

THQ unveiled its key titles that will drive the company forward into summer '08, through to '09 with a fully packed schedule of videogame releases over all formats. The 12-month period ending March 31 '09 will see a fully packed display of sport simulation, strategy and action adventure as they look to the future of the high definition generation console war.

Expanding on key franchises and maximising existing brands will enable THQ to power its way through a tough year ahead. With titles such as Saints Row 2, Red Faction: Guerrilla, WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2009, De Blob, Deadly Creatures and new IP Darksiders hitting stores before April '09, the year ahead looks strong.

"THQ has a strong track record of delivering top-selling franchises and we are excited to unveil a compelling slate of new titles for our fiscal 2009 product line-up," said Bob Aniello, Senior Vice President of Marketing at THQ.
