The Last Guy first information shown

A few months ago Sony Trademarked the name 'The Last Guy', it has now been revealed that it is an action game for the PlayStation 3. A translation from a recent article on the game from a Japanese magazine states:

""Escape from zombies that has overtaken the streets of Asakusa!

The streets of Asakusa (a real Japanese city) has been overtaken by zombies. Can you control "The Last Guy" and use his moves to dodge zombies while you guide as many people as you can to the ESCAPE ZONE within the set amount of time?

Looking from a satellite view of super detailed graphics much like "Google Earth", make a huge crowd and lead them to safety. An addictive game once you've tried it, the ultimate hide-and-seek!"

The genre for this game is listed under "Action""

Sony have also placed a teaser site for the game which hints that more information on it will be shown this Friday.
