What is this Secret game? OPM Loves it to

In the latest issue of Official Playstation Magazine UK they have posted this in there uppers and downers section - Resi 5 Rules - Easily our most wanted game of 2009 (Except for Sony's Secret one.) Here is a link to the scan showing this - http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/521/dsc00096te0.jpg Now this isn't the first time this game has impressed people, recenty a new editor for a Playstation magazine stated they can't wait for it, and someone writing for the BBC loved it as well.
